PayProtocol Whitepaper Update (V10.2)

Hello, this is PayProtocol.

We'd like to inform you that the PayProtocol whitepaper has been updated. This revision clarifies our Pay-to-Finance (P2F) framework and refines the descriptions of payment/settlement stability and PCI's utility.

Key updates include:
Pay-to-Finance (P2F): Clarified as a "payment-efficiency framework" — users deploy payment liquidity through external DeFi protocols entirely at their own discretion.
Settlement liquidity management & Settlement Risk Reserve: Refined wording for these existing stability functions.
PCI burn mechanism: Updated so burns are tied to network usage — a portion of gas fees is allocated by smart contract per governance-set ratios and burned, based on network activity.

Note that these features are designed to improve payment/settlement efficiency. Returns are not guaranteed, and merely holding PCI grants no right to claim returns, interest, dividends, or fixed economic benefits.
